Order processing:

Order processing is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. If you are in a rush, please email us at support@sunshinegoldshoebags.com to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. During seasonal times such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Transit Time and Delivery Estimates:

Transit time is the amount of time it takes the postal service to get the product to you once it has shipped. Transit times and expected delivery dates are dependent on the shipping method and postal service you selected at checkout and these aspects of the shipping process are out of our control. Please note that the transit times shown at checkout (especially for USPS) are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Cost:

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $60 headed to destinations within the continental U.S. 

Shipping rates for orders under $60, orders to non-continental U.S. destinations, or orders requiring expedited shipping will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
