Returns

At Sunshine Gold Shoe Bags, we’re proud of the products we sell and the level of customer service we provide. If you have a question or concern regarding an item that was purchased on our website, please contact us at support@sunshinegoldshoebags.com

New, unused, unwashed items that are in the condition originally received may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund, store credit, or even-priced exchange, minus the cost of original shipping. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned by January 25th of the following year. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. not to the address provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Used products, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return request is approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund, credit or exchange will be processed. If you are getting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately at support@sunshinegoldshoebags.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
